WFWP Russia Gets Meaningful Results of Its Moral Education for Youth

Following a three-day seminar focused on moral education, a sixth-grade participant provided a heartfelt reflection on the profound impact of bullying.

She wrote, “Bullying – it is a trauma for the whole life. I will do my best to never hurt people and to help them in difficult situations. We all have equal value. I want to accept people as they are. Thank you for the lesson. I have realized my mistake. And if you are bullied, don’t give up. Believe in yourself and don’t be afraid to tell your parents and teachers about the problem.”

The training organizers of WFWP Russia expressed satisfaction with the results of their three-day moral education program for young people, which took place from September 13–15, 2025, called “Compass of Conscience.” The event gathered 25 participants from various cities across Russia, including two school directors and their students.

The program consisted of four lectures on moral education, each followed by group discussions and practical sessions. Both high school students and college attendees engaged actively in the discussions and practical activities, contributing to the program’s dynamic and interactive atmosphere.

Because of the well-known positive feedback, participants were invited to one of Moscow’s schools, where they presented the four lectures to more than 100 schoolchildren. For most of the youth trainees, this was their first time acting as lecturers. Despite their inexperience, they performed admirably, receiving encouraging feedback from the students. Many expressed interest in volunteering further with WFWP.

The school directors who attended the seminar were deeply inspired by the outcome and committed to continuing their support for WFWP programs.

One director described "Compass of Conscience" as both unique and essential, stating, “All those days of the program were like a breath of clean air that filled me with energy and enthusiasm. I am grateful.”

The young attendees shared moving reflections about their experiences. One participant remarked, “I was really impressed by this seminar. I didn’t expect such a high level of preparation. We even had beautiful notebooks with all the presentations. That was a super idea!”

Another expressed, “I was really inspired by your attitude to create such a program, and I am very glad that I had a chance to participate. I met wonderful people here. All participants had a very serious and sincere attitude, and it was very interesting to have discussions with them. I liked all the lectures very much! They were super interesting and answered many of my questions. I realized many important things and returned to my original path. I could start thinking deeply again. I am very grateful for all the lectures and for the atmosphere.”
