WFWP Colombia Gears for Capacity-building and Permaculture Programs

Grounded leadership happens.

WFWPI Colombia president Andrea M. Fayad Betancourt said that her group is engaged in peace education and capacity-building in Latin America. Fayad attributes her inspiration from the 2022 Activate Training, an intensive three-month leadership workshop organized by UN Offices Relations director Merly Barlaan. This led to Fayad's visioning and implementing permaculture regenerative farming.

"It's amazing how the training opened by eyes and leadership," said Fayad.

WFWP Colombia is also focused on peace and organizational capacity building at the communities.
