🌍 WFWP Colombia Launches Transformative Leadership Program for Women and Youth
Bogotá, Colombia – March 2025. The Women’s Federation for World Peace (WFWP) Colombia has officially launched a powerful new initiative aimed at nurturing a new generation of peace-driven, purpose-centered leaders.

Since March 2025, 15 young participants and emerging women leaders have been gathering every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom to engage in the program: “Young Leaders for Peace and Public Leadership.” This dynamic training series is designed to awaken personal purpose, explore authentic leadership styles, and provide tools to lead with integrity, compassion, and a strong moral foundation.

🌱 A Journey That Begins Within
Currently in its first stage, the program began by guiding participants through a discovery of their personal purpose and leadership profile using psychological and experiential tools. Through interviews, reflection exercises, each participant has gained deeper insight into their own values, motivations, and leadership potential.

Now transitioning into the character education phase, sessions have focused on developing key virtues such as empathy, responsibility, resilience, and self-discipline—essential traits for leaders who seek to serve and uplift others.

🌟 Empowering Through Community and Vision
More than just a course, this program is a community of growth where participants inspire each other, share stories, and envision how they can create positive impact through purposeful and driven leadership. As the weeks progress, they will begin designing and implementing community service projects aligned with their mission and identity as peacebuilders.

📌 What’s Next?
The upcoming stages of the program will continue through October 2025, integrating training on emotional intelligence, communication, conflict resolution, public speaking, and project development—blending psychological insight, spiritual values, and practical skills.
