Under the UN theme “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment,” the event brought together distinguished figures from the social, cultural, and sports fields to recognize the work and commitment of those who are making gender equality a tangible reality rather than an empty discourse.

Independent Living Center – Becky Sabah – Honored for promoting freedom of choice and autonomy for people with disabilities, inspired by Pedro Cruz's (1992) quote: “In the field of disability, independent living means the freedom to choose; it means exercising the right to choose.”
Uruguayan Women's National Soccer Team – For paving the way in the sports world, proving that women can compete and succeed professionally and passionately in soccer.
Salvador Program – An initiative of the Lions Clubs of Uruguay aimed at preventing cardiovascular diseases and teaching basic CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) since 2008 under the motto: “Save a life, even your own.”
