2025 WFWP Year-end Report: Despite Challenges, Peace-building and Service were Vigorously Inspiring
WFWP President Moriko Horiko reports accomplishments and challenges of WFWP for 2025, acknowledging leaders, members, volunteers, partners, and friends—who have faithfully walked the path of peace and service throughout the year.
“This year has not been easy. But together, we have advanced peacebuilding, poverty eradication, education, health, women’s empowerment, environmental stewardship, and the building of peaceful institutions in partnership with local and national governments,” said Hori.
Over the last five years, WFWP’s global programs have reached an estimated 552,000 people—77,188 women, 62,576 youth, and 412,106 children— across 128 countries. The Global Women Peace Ambassadors have reached 192.
