The theme of the event was, “Women as the Turning Point of History” and the President of WFWP Kenya, Dr. Susan Kone, gave a speech on the vision and mission of the WFWP which is to create a peaceful environment in the world through women taking up their rightful place beside the men and working together in partnership and complementing each other.
