Creative group therapy to release COVID-19 related stress!

WFWPI organizes a healing creativity-based online therapy session. You can choose between three themes on happiness consultation, flower arrangement, and origami folding. Instructors and experts are preparing special classes to help in practicing positive self-statements, building self-esteem, and having a fun time.

A Life of Happiness Session.

Happiness consultant, creator, and trainer of the Holistic Nutrition Course at the Institute of Traditional Medicine. She is an Ambassador of Peace and author of 2 books on healthy eating, co-organizer of the Multidisciplinary Congress in partnership with ComMedida. She graduated in Naturopathy by Escola Superior de Biologia e Saúde and in Hypnotherapy by IACT (USA), and postgraduate in "People’s Management and Organizational Happiness" by Universidade Atlântica.

Session Introduction: A life of happiness

What does happiness mean? What are the obstacles and beliefs that prevent us from being happy? Strategies for overcoming difficulties and achieving a fuller, more successful life.

Session includes the discussion and meditation.

Flower Arrangement Session

Professional florist and WFWP Israel President. She is an owner of a flower business and loves to decorate flowers at weddings to bring beauty and happiness to couples and families. She made a successful exposition with 25 creations made in 40 days. A few years ago, she started working with silk flowers, various elements like stones, ribbons, and fabrics.

Session Introduction: Flower Arrangement

Flowers are essential in many homes these days, and there's an endless opportunity for creativity and beauty in their presentation. This session is perfect for flower admirers who would like to deepen the knowledge of flower arrangements by bringing their own creativity to nature.

Items to prepare prior to the event by the participant:

  1. 2 plates (plastic or ceramic; low, small and middle-size)

  2. 1 block OASIS floral form (sponge)

  3. Scissors and a small good knife

  4. Ribbon

  5. 8-9 green leaves (e.g. eucalyptus, adas, etc)

  6. Flowers (preferrable: Lisianthus - 6~7; Rose or chrysanthemums - 6~7; Lily - 1~2)

※Flowers could be both live or artificial. Flower types can be various depends on your preference.

Origami Folding Session

An instructor for Origami Folding Session. She currently studies a bachelor’s degree in Korean Language and Culture Education major at Global Leadership College in Yonsei University in Korea. She fluently speaks Japanese, English, Korean and enjoys crafting. She loves culture exchanging programs and volunteers in various spheres as an interpreter for foreign tourists for ‘Hanguel-nal Event,’ a mentor for exchange students in University, an after-school teacher for elementary school students, and guide-interpreter for France Team in ‘UNESCO ASPnet International ESD Events for Students and Teachers.’

Session Introduction: Origami Folding

Origami is a Japanese art for paper folding that provides both mental and physical exercise by developing hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and mental concentration. This session helps to foster both creativity and concentration.

Items to prepare prior to the event by the participant:

  1. 5~6 square papers (preferable 15x15cm)

  2. Scissors
