WFWPI Funding Project 2023

Greetings from Women’s Federation for World Peace, International.

On behalf of Dr. Julia Moon, International President of WFWP, we would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all those national WFWP chapters who prepared and submitted applications for funding through the recent WFWPI Funding Project. A total of thirty applications were submitted representing thirty nations in ten regions. The applications supported the following themes: Women’s Empowerment (12); True Family (2); Youth Leadership (8); Environment (8).

We are delighted to announce the 11 recipients of the Funding Project 2023:

The finalists were determined by an Evaluation Team, which included Dr. Paris Moon, Mrs. Alexa Ward, Mrs. Chika Tsutsuhara, and Dr. Jennifer Huang. Each application was evaluated in four areas: (1) cost-effective: 30 points; (2) feasibility: 30 points; (3) social impact: 30 points; and (4) originality: 10 points. The finalists were determined by the number of points they received.

We would like to express our appreciation to President Moon for her full support and for providing the funding through WFWPI HQ.

It is our hope that this is just the beginning, and that WFWPI can establish a tradition of recognizing and supporting projects on an annual basis. This is a wonderful way to further develop WFWPI’s foundation, expand WFWPI’s impact, and influence the world by working together to strengthen the global family.

* Honduras will receive an applied amount that is less than US$ 2,000.00.
