Written by: Mion Tsuchiaka

“Take your business to the next level with the 10-part Business Accelerator Workshop valued at $3,000 free for our members,” was the slogan to promote the brand new Women’s Federation for World Peace International educational course on business for the leaders and members of WFWP.

WFWPI, along with Mrs. Audra Haji, hosted an educational course for business owners and those considering opening a new business to give them an edge over their competition. The course was designed as an interactive hands-on workshop that connected with like-minded entrepreneurial women from around the world to create a roadmap for success in real-time with high-impact activities and practical workbooks. The course was held online via Zoom with a limited number of reserved slots from December 6, 2022 to February 28, 2023.

Mrs. Hajj has traveled the world speaking and dedicating her life to entrepreneurs. She has built and sold many companies and has helped launch or reconstruct over 3,100 companies since 2006. She was also the CEO of Angel Investors Network and understands how to position companies for financial, operational and cultural success. She also can help businesses raise money from the right kind of investors. All money is not created equal. Of all these accomplishments, one of which she is very proud of is being a supporter of our organization for years. Many of you may know her from many webinars, her address at the Peace Starts With Me conference in Long Island, New York, or when she spoke in Seoul, South Korea at the Economic Development Conference World Summit.

Mrs. Hajj started her business in 2006 and grew it to 311 employees. It was acquired by Angel Investors Network in 2020 where as the CEO she brought her innovative systems and procedures to companies globally to get the sort of funding and investors right for their business. She has been a business coach and mentor who has worked with people like Grant Cardone, Kevin Herrington from Shark Tank, and CEO of companies like Hello Fresh and Intel Corporation. After selling her company she has dedicated herself to empowering female business owners globally. She feels that real, national change starts at the kitchen table and grows from there. She is a mother to two boys and understands the struggles of being a female entrepreneur and building a legacy.

Mrs. Hajj and moderator Mrs. Payalh Agrawal from India created a safe and comfortable space where participants could freely share their concerns and challenges with instructors and participants and receive practical tips and advice to overcome them and develop their businesses. More than 30 participants from around the world gathered every Tuesday, creating a new community of entrepreneurs, as well as direct WhatsApp communication with the instructor after the course. The course included professional elevator pitches, defined UVPs, explainer video scripts, sales scripts, defined communication strategies, one-on-one strategy sessions with Mrs. Hajj ($3000 value) and a lecture on conversion platforms that increase marketing ROI - tenfold.

Each session also featured fun business games and activities, with special spin prizes for the winners. During the final session, participants shared the appreciation and motivation they received after the course.

“Thank you for holding this space where I could really reflect on my next steps in business together with these wonderful women and my new mentors.”

“Audra, I would say, you are an ocean of knowledge and what I got is a drop from the ocean. Thank you WFWP for being the bridge to make this happen.”

“The course has been an amazing journey. You have encouraged and shown that we are capable of something greater than what we are.”

“What we have learned here is not taught in business education. The majority of the teachers are not business oriented. They follow a syllabus that is outdated that does not conform with the pace of technological advancement.”

“Very motivational. My biggest takeaway was the correct use of my time. Time is a valuable commodity.”

“The importance of this 10-week education on business is so valuable. For sharing with other WFWP members it is absolutely necessary. I look forward to sharing and inspiring others with this message.”

All participants were satisfied and ready to embark on a new journey to empower the world with the power of entrepreneurship based on the teachings and strong words from the instructor “I MATTER! My mission MATTERS! I am POWERFUL!”

At the end of the course, all participants who attended 80% of the sessions received a certificate of completion issued by WFWPI.

WFWP IHQ plans to continue to host virtual educational courses in 2023.
