Horizon Summit: An intergenerational gathering dedicated to fostering peace leadership

The Horizon Summit is an intergenerational gathering dedicated to fostering peace leadership. The theme for 2018 is "Rising Side by Side." The event will be held at 4 West 43rd St. in New York City on Saturday and Sunday, 17 and 18 March 2018, which is the weekend halfway through the annual CSW session.

On Saturday, the program will consist of a plenary in the morning. The afternoon will consist of capacity building sessions conveying skills, strategies, and insights related to peace leadership that participants can use in their personal and professional lives.

On Sunday, March 18, participants will have the opportunity to participate in one of four tours. Options include a visit to the FDR Presidential Library in Hyde Park, New York, The National September 11 Memorial and Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, as well as the former private residence of WFWP's founders in Tarrytown, New York. The event will close with a dinner on Sunday evening at 4 W 43rd Street.
